為了增強師(shi)生心理(li)健康意(yi)識(shi),普(pu)及宣傳(chuan)心理(li)健康知識(shi),我院在第十五屆心理(li)健康節期(qi)間(jian)舉辦了優(you)秀心理(li)健康教(jiao)育主(zhu)題班會評(ping)選活動,17個班會活動獲評(ping)一二三(san)等(deng)獎(jiang)。
此(ci)次評選活動(dong)自開(kai)展(zhan)以來(lai),各系高度重視,積極(ji)準(zhun)備,精心(xin)策劃。師(shi)生(sheng)共同(tong)(tong)(tong)構思班(ban)(ban)會(hui)主題(ti),確定(ding)班(ban)(ban)會(hui)內容(rong),認(ren)真(zhen)設(she)計(ji)每一個環節(jie)(jie),形成班(ban)(ban)會(hui)方案。班(ban)(ban)主任、輔導員親自主持班(ban)(ban)會(hui),與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)(men)親密互動(dong),引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)關注心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang),極(ji)大(da)提(ti)升了心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)主題(ti)班(ban)(ban)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)效果。如劉勇老師(shi)召開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)“情(qing)緒的(de)(de)(de)調節(jie)(jie)與(yu)管理(li)(li)(li)”班(ban)(ban)會(hui),擺脫了傳(chuan)統(tong)說教(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)模式(shi),采用了心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)劇(ju)表(biao)演(yan)、觀看心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)短(duan)片與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)交流相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),深深地吸引住了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)(men)。欒金志(zhi)老師(shi)召開(kai)“陽(yang)光心(xin)態伴我成長”班(ban)(ban)會(hui),通過自由(you)討論、互動(dong)游戲、歌唱(chang)等形式(shi)提(ti)升了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)參(can)與(yu)熱情(qing),達到預期效果。殷巖(yan)峰老師(shi)組(zu)織的(de)(de)(de)“讓陽(yang)光照進(jin)心(xin)扉(fei)”班(ban)(ban)會(hui)走出教(jiao)(jiao)室,來(lai)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)院小西湖邊,以輕松(song)的(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)暢談,引發同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)共鳴,提(ti)升同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)(men)對心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)知。同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)(men)紛紛表(biao)示,這(zhe)種班(ban)(ban)會(hui)形式(shi)是以往(wang)較少接觸(chu)的(de)(de)(de),傳(chuan)達的(de)(de)(de)知識(shi)與(yu)理(li)(li)(li)念易于接受,提(ti)高了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)(men)對心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)(de)關注度,增強了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)素(su)質(zhi),掀(xian)起(qi)了關注心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)(de)熱潮。
