鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入學(xue)習貫徹落實(shi)黨的(de)十九大精神(shen),根(gen)據學(xue)院黨委要求,鐵(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)與電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)工程(cheng)系持續(xu)推動“大學(xue)習、大調(diao)研(yan)、大改進(jin)”,4月到6月期間,組織教(jiao)師(shi)分別赴青島鴻普(pu)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科技有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、青島地鐵(tie)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、青島鼎(ding)佳電(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、積(ji)成電(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)進(jin)行調(diao)研(yan),深入了解企業(ye)人才培養需(xu)求及學(xue)生就(jiu)業(ye)與頂(ding)崗實(shi)習情況。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)青(qing)島鴻普電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣科技(ji)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si),系副主任張偉、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)(shu)教(jiao)研室主任劉勇與該公(gong)(gong)司(si)簽訂(ding)校企(qi)合作(zuo)協議(yi)和校外實習(xi)基(ji)地協議(yi),并與往屆(jie)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)進行深入交流,了(le)解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)院專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設置、人才培養(yang)方(fang)案及學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理工作(zuo)等方(fang)面(mian)建議(yi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)青(qing)島地鐵(tie)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si),鐵(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)崔景萍(ping)通過(guo)(guo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、培訓(xun)科人員座談,走訪車(che)輛(liang)段等方(fang)式,了(le)解畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)和實習(xi)生(sheng)適應工作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),掌握(wo)本專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設置、實訓(xun)實習(xi)等方(fang)面(mian)優(you)點及不足。在(zai)(zai)(zai)青(qing)島鼎佳電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)鮑建、劉凌通過(guo)(guo)實地參觀(guan)、調(diao)研,了(le)解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的工作(zuo)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才的要求(qiu)以(yi)及企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對高職教(jiao)育自動(dong)化技(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工作(zuo)的意見(jian)和建議(yi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)積成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si),系就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主任曾(ceng)慶磊、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子信息技(ji)術(shu)(shu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)江軍對學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)頂崗實習(xi)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)完成(cheng)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)設計情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)進行調(diao)研,全面(mian)掌握(wo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才培養(yang)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工作(zuo)及頂崗實習(xi)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

帶(dai)著問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)學(xue)(xue)習,針對問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)調研(yan),聚集問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)整改,是“大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習、大(da)(da)調研(yan)、大(da)(da)改進(jin)”的(de)核心要義。鐵道供電與電氣工(gong)程系在組織教(jiao)師赴企業(ye)調研(yan)過程中,始終堅持問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)原則,堅持求(qiu)真務實,深(shen)入(ru)基層面對面聽取企業(ye)員(yuan)工(gong)、畢業(ye)學(xue)(xue)生意見建(jian)議,深(shen)入(ru)了解企業(ye)及學(xue)(xue)生的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)需求(qiu),堅決杜(du)絕漫無目(mu)的(de)、走馬觀花、浮光掠影式(shi)調研(yan),防止搞(gao)形式(shi)、走過場。對調研(yan)中發現(xian)的(de)問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),該(gai)系召(zhao)開教(jiao)職工(gong)工(gong)作會議,直面問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),全(quan)(quan)面探討,明確改進(jin)路徑和解決方(fang)法。下一步,該(gai)系將進(jin)一步加強領(ling)導(dao)(dao),健全(quan)(quan)機制,強化(hua)督導(dao)(dao),深(shen)入(ru)推進(jin)“大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習、大(da)(da)調研(yan)、大(da)(da)改進(jin)”,確保把(ba)各項工(gong)作落實落細(xi),完善修訂人才(cai)培(pei)養方(fang)案(an),全(quan)(quan)面提(ti)升教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量(liang),為(wei)培(pei)養優質人才(cai)、助(zhu)力(li)新舊動能轉換重大(da)(da)工(gong)程、書寫(xie)“奮進(jin)之筆”貢獻(xian)積極力(li)量(liang)。
