研討會(hui)由廣州鐵路職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)長馬仁(ren)聽主持。國(guo)家級職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育教(jiao)師教(jiao)學(xue)創(chuang)新(xin)團隊(dui)建設項目(mu)秘書處主任(ren)劉冬(dong)、浙江經濟職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)長邵(shao)慶祥、中國(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)教(jiao)育學(xue)會(hui)常務(wu)理事雷忠(zhong)良(liang),分別以《教(jiao)學(xue)創(chuang)新(xin)團隊(dui)建設之路徑》《標準引(yin)領(ling)動態互融五(wu)位(wei)一體開放共享》《“三教(jiao)”改革(ge)引(yin)領(ling)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育教(jiao)師教(jiao)學(xue)創(chuang)新(xin)團隊(dui)建設的(de)思路與對策》為題進(jin)行了主旨演講(jiang)。
協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)成員共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)審議并表決通(tong)過《高速(su)鐵路與城(cheng)市軌道交通(tong)專業(ye)領(ling)域(yu)創新團(tuan)隊協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)章程》。章程共(gong)包括六章十(shi)二條(tiao),涵蓋(gai)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)準則、功能目標、管理體(ti)(ti)制、工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務等內容(rong),是協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的總體(ti)(ti)綱領(ling)。王紹(shao)軍代(dai)(dai)表學校,與協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)8所院校代(dai)(dai)表共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)簽署了(le)章程。
后期(qi),9所院校將遵照共(gong)同體“共(gong)研、共(gong)建(jian)、共(gong)享(xiang)、共(gong)用、共(gong)贏”的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,在人才(cai)培養(yang)(yang)、師(shi)資建(jian)設、課(ke)程體系、教(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)設、校企合作、信息技術、技能(neng)競賽、質(zhi)量(liang)評(ping)價(jia)等領(ling)域(yu)進行(xing)深入合作,開展深化教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)團隊教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改革的(de)(de)實踐(jian),為高(gao)速(su)鐵路與(yu)城市軌道交通專業領(ling)域(yu)優化人才(cai)培養(yang)(yang)方(fang)案(an)、創(chuang)新(xin)對接職(zhi)業標準的(de)(de)課(ke)程體系、開展模塊(kuai)化教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、開發新(xin)型態教(jiao)材(cai)等提供可(ke)復(fu)制可(ke)應用可(ke)推廣的(de)(de)建(jian)設路徑模式(shi)和(he)方(fang)法(fa),形(xing)成一批標志性成果,提供國(guo)家級(ji)高(gao)水平職(zhi)業院校教(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)創(chuang)新(xin)團隊建(jian)設指導(dao)方(fang)案(an)。
