3月14日,我校舉(ju)行2020年度副處級(ji)干部述(shu)職(zhi)述(shu)廉(lian)述(shu)黨建工作(zuo)會議(yi)。校領(ling)導,副高及以上專業技術職(zhi)務(wu)人員,正科級(ji)及以上領(ling)導干部參加會議(yi)。會議(yi)由副院(yuan)長祝(zhu)瑞花主(zhu)持(chi)。
會上,36位副處(chu)級干(gan)部根據(ju)要(yao)求(qiu),就2020年抓黨(dang)建(jian)和年度工作(zuo)完成情況、存在的不足及(ji)下一步工作(zuo)打(da)算等方面進行了總結(jie)匯報。
黨委書記(ji)高(gao)磊對(dui)述(shu)職情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)進行(xing)了集體(ti)點評(ping),他(ta)指出(chu),2020年,我們的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有三點收獲(huo),一是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)面(mian)(mian)對(dui)嚴峻的(de)(de)(de)(de)疫情(qing)(qing)防控形勢,在確保(bao)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)身心(xin)(xin)健(jian)康的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),圓滿完成(cheng)了各項教育(yu)教學任(ren)務(wu);二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學校綜(zong)合改(gai)革起(qi)步成(cheng)勢,各項事業取(qu)得了長足發(fa)展;三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)全(quan)校師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)進一步統一了思想,提(ti)高(gao)了認識(shi),凝聚(ju)了共(gong)識(shi),鼓(gu)舞了干(gan)(gan)勁。同(tong)時,也對(dui)副(fu)處級干(gan)(gan)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)述(shu)職指出(chu)了存(cun)在的(de)(de)(de)(de)四點共(gong)性問(wen)題(ti),一是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)講(jiang)業務(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)多(duo),抓(zhua)(zhua)黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)少,對(dui)抓(zhua)(zhua)黨建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)認識(shi)不(bu)(bu)足、方(fang)(fang)法不(bu)(bu)多(duo)。副(fu)處級干(gan)(gan)部(bu)應牢牢樹立“抓(zhua)(zhua)好黨建(jian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)政績”的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念,結(jie)合省廳(ting)剛剛召(zhao)開的(de)(de)(de)(de)全(quan)面(mian)(mian)從(cong)嚴治黨工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議精(jing)神和(he)省廳(ting)巡察整(zheng)改(gai)要(yao)求(qiu),深入(ru)思考下(xia)一步黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)思路(lu)及(ji)舉措,確保(bao)把黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)抓(zhua)(zhua)實(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)細,實(shi)現新突破(po)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)定位不(bu)(bu)清晰(xi)。述(shu)職中有些(xie)(xie)同(tong)志(zhi)過度凸(tu)顯個人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),有些(xie)(xie)同(tong)志(zhi)把其他(ta)部(bu)門或全(quan)校的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)績當成(cheng)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)效(xiao)。副(fu)處級干(gan)(gan)部(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)部(bu)門負責人(ren)(ren),述(shu)職應該以部(bu)門職責為(wei)依據,具(ju)體(ti)闡述(shu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)如何(he)帶領部(bu)門人(ren)(ren)員攻堅克難、開拓進取(qu)、履職盡(jin)責的(de)(de)(de)(de)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)問(wen)題(ti)查擺不(bu)(bu)夠(gou),原(yuan)因(yin)剖(pou)析不(bu)(bu)深。要(yao)多(duo)從(cong)部(bu)門人(ren)(ren)員政治擔當的(de)(de)(de)(de)使命、干(gan)(gan)事創業的(de)(de)(de)(de)立場(chang)、全(quan)心(xin)(xin)全(quan)意為(wei)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度、融(rong)入(ru)學校發(fa)展大(da)(da)局的(de)(de)(de)(de)意識(shi)等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian)查擺問(wen)題(ti),深入(ru)分析存(cun)在問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因(yin)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)局意識(shi)欠缺,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)打算不(bu)(bu)細致。要(yao)突出(chu)圍(wei)繞(rao)中心(xin)(xin)、服(fu)務(wu)大(da)(da)局的(de)(de)(de)(de)思維,未(wei)來工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞(rao)國家、省“十四五”規(gui)劃、省廳(ting)中心(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和(he)學校發(fa)展大(da)(da)局進行(xing)謀劃,從(cong)講(jiang)政治的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)度去思考落實(shi)路(lu)徑和(he)具(ju)體(ti)舉措。
