我校召開黨委理論學習中心組(擴大)2021年5月份第一次集體學習會

5月(yue)12日,黨委(wei)書(shu)記(ji)高磊在圖書(shu)行政樓第一(yi)會(hui)議(yi)室主(zhu)持召開了黨委(wei)理論學(xue)習中心組(擴大)2021年5月(yue)份第一(yi)次集體學(xue)習會(hui)。

會議學(xue)習(xi)了《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)(dang)統一戰(zhan)線工作條例》第一章、第二章,習(xi)近平《論中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)(dang)歷史》中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)“正確認識(shi)改革開放前和(he)改革開放后兩個(ge)歷史時(shi)期”“知史愛黨(dang)(dang),知史愛國(guo)”和(he)“學(xue)習(xi)黨(dang)(dang)史、國(guo)史是堅持和(he)發展(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主義的(de)必(bi)修(xiu)課”。

高(gao)磊(lei)指出(chu),黨(dang)的(de)(de)十八大(da)以來,習近(jin)(jin)平總書(shu)記高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)(zhong)視(shi)黨(dang)史的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習,圍繞中國共產(chan)黨(dang)歷史發(fa)表了系列重(zhong)(zhong)要論述(shu),集中體現在習近(jin)(jin)平《論中國共產(chan)黨(dang)歷史》一(yi)書(shu)中。這些重(zhong)(zhong)要論述(shu),體現著(zhu)我們黨(dang)對自身(shen)歷史的(de)(de)一(yi)貫立場(chang)和態(tai)度(du),體現了我們黨(dang)對學(xue)(xue)習運用(yong)(yong)(yong)黨(dang)的(de)(de)歷史重(zhong)(zhong)要性和必要性的(de)(de)深刻認識,是習近(jin)(jin)平新時代中國特(te)色社會主義思想的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要組成部(bu)分。全校領導干部(bu)和廣大(da)黨(dang)員必須用(yong)(yong)(yong)腦用(yong)(yong)(yong)心用(yong)(yong)(yong)情學(xue)(xue)習,真正學(xue)(xue)深學(xue)(xue)細學(xue)(xue)精(jing),在工作實(shi)踐中抓好(hao)貫徹落(luo)實(shi)。

高(gao)(gao)磊強(qiang)調,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習習近平《論中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共產黨(dang)(dang)歷史》,關鍵是(shi)要理(li)論聯系實(shi)(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),切實(shi)(shi)用總書(shu)記(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)重要論述(shu)指導實(shi)(shi)踐推(tui)(tui)動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。一(yi)是(shi)堅持(chi)(chi)走自己的(de)(de)(de)路。總書(shu)記(ji)(ji)說(shuo):“三十多年(nian)來,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)能(neng)夠創(chuang)造出人(ren)(ren)類歷史上前(qian)無古人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)就,走出了正確道路是(shi)根(gen)本原因”。就學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而(er)言(yan)(yan),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)積(ji)(ji)極探索類型教育背(bei)景下職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教育人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養規律,在省內率先實(shi)(shi)施完全學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分(fen)制改革(ge)、率先推(tui)(tui)行“書(shu)院制”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)模式改革(ge)、面(mian)向行業(ye)(ye)產業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)施“以群建(jian)院”等(deng),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)僅懂技術,還(huan)要會生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活,更要有品位(wei),這些都是(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)研透國(guo)(guo)(guo)家政策文件結合學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)際而(er)謀定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de),這些改革(ge)和提法領先于省內其他高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),并(bing)取(qu)(qu)得了初步成(cheng)效,推(tui)(tui)動了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)更高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。二是(shi)順(shun)(shun)應(ying)世界大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)勢。“世界潮(chao)流,浩浩蕩蕩,順(shun)(shun)之(zhi)(zhi)則昌,逆(ni)之(zhi)(zhi)則亡”。我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)順(shun)(shun)應(ying)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)勢,緊(jin)抓獨立(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院轉(zhuan)設的(de)(de)(de)機遇,積(ji)(ji)極推(tui)(tui)進轉(zhuan)設升本工(gong)作,籌建(jian)山(shan)東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技術大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。目前(qian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教高(gao)(gao)地(di)建(jian)設已成(cheng)為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)勢,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)必須因勢利(li)導、順(shun)(shun)勢而(er)為(wei),在時(shi)代(dai)前(qian)進潮(chao)流中(zhong)(zhong)把(ba)握(wo)主動,贏得發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。三是(shi)代(dai)表最(zui)廣大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)民(min)根(gen)本利(li)益。總書(shu)記(ji)(ji)說(shuo):“我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)黨(dang)(dang)之(zhi)(zhi)所以得到人(ren)(ren)民(min)擁護和支(zhi)持(chi)(chi),就是(shi)因為(wei)能(neng)始終代(dai)表中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)最(zui)廣大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)民(min)根(gen)本利(li)益”。就學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而(er)言(yan)(yan),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)堅持(chi)(chi)“以教師為(wei)主體、以學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,不(bu)斷改善(shan)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條(tiao)件,提升師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)幸福(fu)指數。引導教職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)把(ba)個人(ren)(ren)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相結合,小(xiao)我(wo)(wo)(wo)融(rong)入(ru)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)我(wo)(wo)(wo),在融(rong)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)局中(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)更好(hao)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。四是(shi)加強(qiang)黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)自身建(jian)設。黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)革(ge)命取(qu)(qu)得勝利(li)的(de)(de)(de)三大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)法寶之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)要想實(shi)(shi)現(xian)高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),必須做(zuo)強(qiang)內功,練好(hao)“鐵布衫”,進一(yi)步加強(qiang)教師隊伍、管(guan)理(li)隊伍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍建(jian)設,不(bu)斷提升教師的(de)(de)(de)課(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)力、科研能(neng)力,不(bu)斷提升服務管(guan)理(li)水平。五是(shi)堅定(ding)(ding)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色社(she)會主義自信。“自信人(ren)(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)二百年(nian),會當水擊三千里”。對我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)而(er)言(yan)(yan),目前(qian)正處于爬坡過坎的(de)(de)(de)關鍵時(shi)期,只(zhi)有全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)擰成(cheng)一(yi)股(gu)繩、凝(ning)聚(ju)一(yi)條(tiao)心,堅定(ding)(ding)打(da)造“打(da)造中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)最(zui)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教育”“創(chuang)建(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教育的(de)(de)(de)‘山(shan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)’樣本”的(de)(de)(de)信心,勇往(wang)直前(qian)、奮勇拼(pin)搏,才(cai)能(neng)不(bu)斷開創(chuang)新局。

高磊指出,思(si)政課要(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)理想信念(nian)教(jiao)育,在(zai)學(xue)生中加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)四史(shi)特別是黨史(shi)教(jiao)育,堅(jian)持(chi)用(yong)社(she)會主(zhu)義核心價(jia)值觀(guan)引領(ling)知識傳授(shou),引導學(xue)生牢固樹立(li)“四個意(yi)識”,堅(jian)定“四個自信”,立(li)志肩負起(qi)民(min)族復興(xing)的時代重任。思(si)政課教(jiao)師要(yao)不(bu)斷拓寬歷史(shi)視野,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)“四史(shi)”的理論研究,充分挖掘歷史(shi)資源,不(bu)斷提升教(jiao)學(xue)的歷史(shi)深度(du),通過生動、深入、具體的縱橫比較,把一些道理講(jiang)明白、講(jiang)清楚(chu)。

高磊(lei)強調,《中(zhong)國共(gong)產黨(dang)統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)線工作條例》的修(xiu)訂和(he)實施,是新(xin)時代(dai)加(jia)強統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)線制度體系建設的重要舉措,為“十四五(wu)”期(qi)間(jian)乃至未來更長時期(qi)黨(dang)的統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)線事業注入了(le)強大動力,具有深刻意(yi)義。我們(men)必(bi)須(xu)要以(yi)高度的政治責任感和(he)歷史使命感,加(jia)強統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)線工作的謀劃部署。各級(ji)黨(dang)組(zu)織要認真組(zu)織學習《條例》,把握和(he)落實統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)工作新(xin)要求。不(bu)斷創新(xin)統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)工作方式方法,把廣大統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)員緊緊團(tuan)結在黨(dang)的周圍,引導他(ta)們(men)立足本職建功立業。為譜寫學校高質量發展新(xin)篇章貢獻(xian)統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)力量。
