6月(yue)28日(ri),食品文化周(zhou)系(xi)(xi)列活(huo)動(dong)之傳統飲食文化講壇開講,生(sheng)物(wu)工程系(xi)(xi)李珍祖(zu)博士擔任(ren)主講。學(xue)院團委副書記劉向平、生(sheng)物(wu)工程系(xi)(xi)主任(ren)張守忠、黨(dang)總(zong)支書記王廣勇出席活(huo)動(dong)。
李珍祖(zu)老師從(cong)“飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)歷史與(yu)(yu)民俗”“中(zhong)國(guo)飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)化與(yu)(yu)美(mei)學”“歲(sui)時飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化傳承(cheng)”三個方面向(xiang)同(tong)學們(men)講(jiang)授了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)傳統飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化。通過(guo)《史記》《孔子論(lun)飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)》等,準(zhun)確為同(tong)學們(men)講(jiang)述了(le)古人眼中(zhong)的美(mei)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和中(zhong)國(guo)飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)化的特點,并用(yong)(yong)盛、藝、雅、精、奇五個字概括了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)化與(yu)(yu)美(mei)學。最(zui)后(hou),李老師用(yong)(yong)享受自然、順應時令(ling)、怡悅(yue)親情、寄托情懷總結了(le)歲(sui)時飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化傳承(cheng)。
演講(jiang)現場,同(tong)學(xue)們認真傾聽,細細品味中(zhong)國(guo)傳統飲食文(wen)化(hua)之美(mei),感(gan)受中(zhong)國(guo)飲食文(wen)化(hua)藝術(shu)。通(tong)過講(jiang)座,同(tong)學(xue)們進一步加深了對(dui)中(zhong)國(guo)傳統飲食文(wen)化(hua)的認識(shi),從(cong)視覺(jue)(jue)和(he)聽覺(jue)(jue)感(gan)受了中(zhong)國(guo)文(wen)化(hua)的博大精深。
