省委、省政府啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)實(shi)施(shi)新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)以來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)積極(ji)響(xiang)應、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)對標,根據鄧廳長來校調研時的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作要求(qiu),深入(ru)調研、先行先干,迅速掀(xian)起(qi)投入(ru)服務(wu)新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)熱潮。學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)把服務(wu)新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)做為2018年工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)主題(ti),成立服務(wu)新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)行動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)領導小組,印發《關于(yu)認真學(xue)(xue)(xue)習貫徹山東省全面(mian)展(zhan)開(kai)新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)員大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)會精神的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)知》,組織黨委理(li)論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中心組(擴大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da))專(zhuan)題(ti)研究學(xue)(xue)(xue)習,開(kai)展(zhan)服務(wu)新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)討論,制定(ding)《學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)服務(wu)新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)施(shi)方案》。學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)充分發揮軌(gui)道(dao)交通(tong)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)優勢,結合正在(zai)開(kai)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)優質校建設,著力在(zai)專(zhuan)業對接產業、培養“齊(qi)魯工(gong)(gong)匠”、提(ti)升(sheng)社會服務(wu)能力方面(mian)下(xia)功夫(fu)、做文章,積極(ji)為我(wo)省新舊動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)提(ti)供(gong)智力與人才支撐。
下一步,學院一是要堅持固本強優,發揮軌道交通辦學特色,對接高端裝備、新一代信息技術等產業,重點優化升級鐵道機車車輛、鐵路線路運營、城市軌道交通、軌道交通裝備制造等4個專業群,申報城市軌道交通供電技術等新專業,加大高速動車組檢修技術等新上專業建設力度,打造符合新舊動能轉換需求、服務軌道交通發展的一流專業群。二是要加強校企合作,擴大學生整專業成建制頂崗實習和畢業生批量就業規模,啟動組建股份制(混合所有制)軌道交通學院,深化現代學徒制人才培養模式改革,注重學生工匠精神塑造,培養一批服務新舊動能轉換的“齊魯工匠”。三是要推進產教融合,搭建高水平科研和技術服務平臺。建設3個科研專家工作室、3個技能大師工作室、5個工程技術研發中心(協同創新中心),提高科研和協同創新能力。豐富學院培訓基地功能,提升服務新舊動能轉換的社會服務能力。推動城軌地鐵實訓真車技術、軟件技術、智能制造、生物制藥等技術領域的成果轉化,服務產業轉型升級。配合高鐵“走出去”戰略,啟動校企合作共建“海外學堂”項目。擴大培訓鐵路企業海外員工、外派員工培養規模,提升學生國際視野,推動學生海外就業。
